A leading healthcare provider in the UK is looking for a Staff Nurse or Nursing Associate to join their Surgical Inpatients team at a distinguished hospital in London. This role involves delivering and evaluating high standards of nursing care while supervising junior staff. Candidates must be registered nurses with extensive surgical ward experience and hold necessary qualifications. Full time: Monday – Sunday 37.5 hours per week
Shift times: Flexible to work, long days, nights and weekends based on internal rotation.

We’re looking for a Staff Nurse or an experienced Nursing Associate to join our Surgical Inpatients team at the Wellington Hospital, currently rated “Good ” by the CQC.
The unit provides care for pre‑ and post‑operative patients for a full range of specialities: plastics and breast surgeries, colorectal, gynaecology, bariatric, ENT, upper GI, gynaecology, urology, vascular & general surgery
As the Staff Nurse, working within our surgical unit, you will plan, deliver and evaluate high standards of nursing care whilst working within a multidisciplinary team, supervising and directing junior staff and also temporary staff.
As a Nursing Associate you will bridge the gap between healthcare support workers and registered nurses, to deliver hands‑on, person‑centred care as part of a multidisciplinary team in a range of clinical duties such as monitoring, dressing wounds and communicate with patients about their condition.
You’ll demonstrate good clinical practice at all times and to be accountable for own actions and contribute to the setting of clinical standards, policy and procedures and research‑based care and other practice development initiatives.
