A leading health care organization in Rotherham is seeking passionate individuals to join their older adults ward. The role involves assessing and implementing care for older adults, focusing on mental health conditions like dementia. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and a commitment to working with older adults. This position offers the opportunity to develop care plans in a multidisciplinary setting and be part of a vibrant and supportive team.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us on our new older adults ward, specialising in the care of older adults experiencing mental health conditions including dementia. We provide 24 hour care within our purpose built assessment and therapy unit, working within a multidisciplinary approach that optimises each individual recovery. We are a vibrant ward with an MDT focussed pathway including non pharmacological approaches. We are activity driven and promote person centred care which supports both our clients and their carers.
