We are inviting passionate and committed individuals to join our Trust's Staff Bank as Staff Nurses (RMN/RNLD) to work across acute and specialist inpatient wards at Lynfield Mount Hospital and Airedale Centre for Mental Health. Our hospital provides award‑winning mental health, community and learning disability services that care for the whole person.

Ideal Candidate
  • Enjoys caring for people.
  • Desires the flexibility to determine one's own shift pattern.
  • Has experience and wishes to broaden clinical expertise in multi‑disciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for patients for whom you are the named nurse.
  • Take delegated responsibility for ward management on a shift basis.
  • Supervise and develop junior staff.
  • Ensure the safety of the ward and unit environments.
