We are looking for enthusiastic nurses who are keen to work within our Frailty Same Day Emergency Care (OPAU: Old persons assessment unit). You will be working within the Urgent and Emergency Care Division as part of a fast-paced, care of the elderly setting. This department looks at giving bespoke care to our elderly patients and provides treatments and provision to prevent unnecessary hospital admission.
You will need to be a highly motivated nurse who is committed to delivering high standards of care and can demonstrate excellent clinical and communication skills. If you are looking for a career in frailty nursing this is your chance to join a friendly and supportive team at Ashford and St Peters.
We are looking for individuals that will work effectively and efficiently within the framework of team nursing and individualised patient care. In collaboration with the department integrated multidisciplinary team to develop, implement and evaluate programmes of care for patients.
