A healthcare organization in Scunthorpe is seeking a Community Urgent Response Team member for telephone triage and patient support services. This role includes providing services in a 24-hour shift rota, with responsibilities such as signposting and training. This is a Band 5, fixed-term contract with flexible full-time or part-time options.
