Responsibilities
  • The post holder will be expected to liaise appropriately with all key members of the multi-disciplinary team and service users related to the speciality.
  • The post holder is responsible for all aspects of care including the assessment of care needs, planning and implementation/evaluation of care.
  • The post holder will be expected to carry out all relevant fundamentals forms of care with or without direct supervision maintaining a high standard of nursing care within the framework of Trust policies and in accordance with guidelines as laid down by the NMC.
