Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Partner with leaders and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and craft effective recruiting strategies.

Manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and screening through offers and onboarding—for corporate roles across Yum!’s brands.

Build diverse pipelines through creative sourcing, networking, and market research.

Deliver an outstanding candidate experience, ensuring every interaction reflects Yum!’s values.

Use data and metrics to track progress, share insights, and continuously improve how we hire.

Lead and contribute to projects that elevate our talent acquisition practices, from employer branding to process innovation.

Champion equity, inclusion, and belonging by embedding inclusive practices in every hiring process.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

6+ years of corporate recruiting experience, preferably in a fast‑paced, global organization.

Proven ability to build trust and influence leaders at all levels.

Comfort with recruiting technologies (Greenhouse, Oracle, or similar ATS) and data‑driven decision‑making.

Ability to operate effectively across languages, ideally English with French or German.

Strong communication, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving skills.
