As part of the Entertainment Partners & Content organization you’ll be joining an exciting team that explores new and innovative ways to bring LEGO storytelling beyond the screen.
You’ll collaborate with world‑class partners to turn creative ideas into engaging high‑quality live experience shows or exhibitions that embody the LEGO brand values of creativity, imagination and fun.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a portfolio of global location‑based entertainment partnerships including permanent touring and pop‑up experiences.
- Scout and evaluate new opportunities that expand LEGO's global presence in live and immersive spaces.
- Oversee the end‑to‑end lifecycle of each project.
- Manage budgets, forecasts and financial reporting to ensure projects meet both creative and commercial goals.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams such as Legal, Creative, Finance and Brand ensuring alignment and timely delivery.
- Help define and establish new processes, tools and frameworks for this emerging area of the business.
- Serve as a trusted partner and subject‑matter expert representing the LEGO brand in external negotiations and strategic conversations.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working in live experiential immersive or location‑based entertainment such as attractions, touring exhibitions, branded events or themed experiences.
- Strong ability to manage multi‑stakeholder projects involving creative, legal and commercial components.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills with confidence interacting at senior levels.
- Strength in project management and organization with the ability to balance multiple initiatives at once.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguous or emerging business areas and capable of building new systems and ways of working.
- Financial skills that include budget ownership and revenue forecasting.
- A proactive, meticulous and solution‑focused mentality with creativity to explore new ideas and ways of working.
- Background in companies or industries specializing in large‑scale experiences, themed entertainment, immersive environments or touring productions is highly valuable.
- 1‑year assignment based in London, UK or Los Angeles, CA.
