Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily financial transactions including vouchers, bills, payments, and receipts.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, bank reconciliation, and ledger updates.
  • Monitor accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely settlement.
  • Handle payroll processing, overtime calculation, and statutory deductions.
  • Maintain petty cash and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Assist in budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with company finance policies.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and vendors.
  • Manage office administration, logistics, and asset management.
  • Oversee employee attendance, leave records, and disciplinary documentation.
  • Coordinate recruitment support, interview scheduling, and onboarding assistance.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, events, and training programs.
Job description
Accounts Responsibilities:
