We are seeking a dynamic Sr. Director, HRBP to support our key operations leaders across our Teva Global Operations organization (TGO). This role reports to the SVP, HRBP Global Operations and will be responsible for driving the people strategy for key functions within TGO. You will be part of a business unit which is 15,000 employees strong and spans a 35-site global network, which is undergoing a major transformation to meet the objectives of Teva's Pivot to Growth strategy. You will partner closely with our operations executives and their teams. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape organizational design, capability, culture, and talent during a period of accelerated change in a global innovative pharmaceutical and generics enterprise.
