Compensation

$40-45/hr (Contract-to-hire)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support enterprise strategy and internal consulting engagements across multiple business areas
• Gather, document, and refine business requirements, process flows, and future-state designs
• Translate complex problems into clear insights and executive-ready deliverables
• Lead portions of large, formal meetings and present confidently in video-based settings
• Capture meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups with precision
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and develop test scenarios
• Track priorities and progress across multiple workstreams
