Overview

As the Spur (Bag Hall) Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our ramp operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of baggage services across the station. Reporting to the Station Manager or Head of Department, you’ll lead a diverse team, drive performance, and uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer service.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where your ability to inspire, coach, and manage will directly influence the success of our operations and the satisfaction of our airline partners.

Responsibilities
  • Lead daily bag hall operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and service excellence
  • Motivate and manage staff to meet airline performance targets
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations
  • Control labour costs and manage attendance to support station profitability
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and trade unions
  • Coordinate resource planning and operational delivery with station leadership
  • Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Drive customer‑focused culture and support business growth strategies
  • Lead incident investigations and corrective actions
Qualifications
