Job Overview

As a Sprinklr Chatbot Developer to design, develop, and maintain AI‑powered conversational solutions. This role combines bot development with platform support, requiring comprehensive Sprinklr knowledge and conversational AI expertise.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop chatbots using Sprinklr's Conversational AI with Dynamic Workflows and Smart FAQ
  • Implement and train ML models: Zero Shot, Issue Type Intent, and Smart FAQ
  • Create qualifying and issue‑type bots with proper intent, entity, and context handling
  • Integrate bots with external systems via APIs and deploy across multiple channels
  • Create rich media assets (buttons, images, carousels) for enhanced user experience
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot bot performance issues
  • Monitor metrics: containment rates, sentiment analysis, conversation quality
  • Manage change sets for dev‑to‑prod deployments
  • Configure Rules, Macros, Workflows, Queues, and Unified Routing
  • Create Dashboards, Reports, and Secure Forms
  • Troubleshoot live chat deployments, platform issues, and CSP configurations
  • Manage permissions, roles, and personas as required
