Loughborough Lightning are a leading team in the Netball Super League with a strong record of success and a clear ambition for the future. We are seeking a creative and motivated Sport Marketing Officer to help us grow the game, reach new audiences, and deliver exceptional fan experiences both online and in person.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver the marketing and communications strategy and bring marketing campaigns to life.
  • Drive ticket sales, boost fan engagement, and create meaningful community impact.
  • Produce engaging digital graphics and content for social media, email marketing, and press activity.
  • Manage matchday coverage and share player stories through social media, email marketing, and press activity.
  • Collaborate closely with athletes, coaches, and partners to strengthen the team’s profile.
Qualifications
  • Experience in marketing, communications, or social media, ideally within sport or events.
  • Creative, confident, and able to produce high‑quality content.
