Job summary

A leading charitable leisure trust in Crowborough is seeking a Spin Instructor to join their friendly team. In this role, you will ensure attendees have a great experience in Spin classes while working collaboratively with the fitness team. Ideal candidates will possess a Level 2 fitness qualification and a recognized indoor cycling qualification. The position offers up to 4 hours of work per week, flexible scheduling, and a supportive environment focused on career growth and employee well-being. Salary is up to £20.04 per hour.

We are looking for a Spin Instructor to join our friendly and professional team. You will be customer focused and ensure that all attending are getting the best from our Spin class, in a fun, enjoyable and safe environment. We are looking for a real people person, who is a team player, as you will work alongside members of the fitness team to ensure a successful class programme.

Hours: up to 4 hours available per week, Monday - Friday

• Level 2 fitness qualification
• Nationally recognised indoor cycling qualification (training can be provided)

• Previous experience of leading/coaching and supervising group exercise classes
• Experience working in a leisure related environment involving customer service
• To be able to demonstrate previous experience of working within a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Be able to maintain the highest level of professionalism and integrity
