Qualifications

  • Some relevant experience engaging with complex communication profiles.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Willingness to attend training and work towards further qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver bespoke Speech and Language Therapy assessment and intervention.
  • Support pupils with developmental trauma, neurodivergence, or SEMH needs.
  • Hold a Speech and Language therapy caseload with support from supervisors.

Skills

Full valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
Good communication skills (oral and written)
Good relationship building, analytical and judgemental skills
Some knowledge of neurodiversity and trauma-informed practice
Competent in core areas of SaLT practice

Education

Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree in Speech and Language Therapy
HCPC registered
