A healthcare provider in the Black Country is seeking a Band 5 Speech and Language Therapist to join their rotational structure. The role involves working with adults across various clinical settings, providing high-quality care for communication and swallowing disorders. The successful candidate will join a committed team, participate in multidisciplinary work, and have access to excellent supervision and support. The trust provides a range of 7-day services, involving our Speech and Language Therapists. Post-holders will be required to participate in these services when an appropriate level of clinical competence has been achieved.

Experience working with an adult caseload and robust undergraduate knowledge and experience with a range of acquired communication, voice and swallowing disorders will be essential. A successful candidate will be joining an SLT team with a strong commitment to integrated working and quality improvement. There will be excellent support as well as a robust supervision and appraisal system. You will have the opportunity to work alongside highly specialist staff and integrate into a variety of specialist multi‑disciplinary teams across a range of clinical settings.
