A prominent health organization in North Wales is seeking an enthusiastic Speech and Language Therapist to join their supportive team. The role involves working with a varied caseload, including children with language disorders and Autism Spectrum Disorder. We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and innovative Speech and Language Therapist to join a well-established, supportive and experienced Speech & Language Therapy Team.
As a successful candidate you will have a recognised Speech and Language Therapy degree and HCPC registration. You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills (including observation, listening and empathy skills) to support the individual needs of children and families, working together with professionals in Health and Education Services. With support you will organise, plan and prioritise your own workload, and develop appropriate strategies for caseload management. There will be the opportunity to develop skills in the training and education of staff in preschool settings and schools, partnership working with parents and the development of therapy programmes.
