AG is recruiting a Specification Consultant for Scotland—a pivotal role designed to drive growth by increasing specifications for AG’s paving and hard landscaping solutions. About the role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote AG’s paving and landscaping products to architects and specifiers.

  • Deliver CPD presentations and technical sessions to groups and individuals.

  • Plan and manage client meetings and professional development activities.

  • Use CRM to manage contacts and track specification growth.

  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends.

  • Provide feedback to inform new product development.

  • Support clients and sales teams with technical advice on-site.

  • Advocate for AG’s culture and values in all interactions.

Required Criteria
  • Good geographical knowledge of the region.
  • 5 GCSE’s including English & Math’s grade A-C.
  • Computer literate.
  • Driving Licence
  • Previous experience in a specification role involving hard landscaping and building product specification.
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to recognise commercial opportunities and develop new business
