A leading healthcare provider in Greater Manchester is seeking a passionate part-time Specialty Doctor in Sexual and Reproductive Health on a fixed-term contract. Responsibilities include delivering LARC clinics, handling STIs, and maintaining high clinical standards. Applicants must have relevant diplomas and previous medical experience. We are seeking a passionate and experienced part-time Specialty Doctor in Sexual and Reproductive Health at our Oldham, Bury and Rochdale Sexual Health Service, based on a 12 month fixed term basis. You must hold the Diploma of the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare (DFSRH) and the Diploma in Genitourinary Medicine (DipGUM), or an equivalent qualification, and meet the person specification for the Specialty Grade. You will be expected to deliver clinics for Long Acting Reversible Contraception (LARC), as well as provide testing and management of sexually transmitted infections, including PEPSE and PrEP consultations. Your clinics will include booked appointments from members of the clinical team, GP referrals, directly booked patient appointments, and walk-in sessions. There are no direct in-patient responsibilities within this role. You will be based in Oldham at the Integrated Care Centre and supported by three consultants (one full-time and two LTFT), along with a team of experienced specialist nurses and support staff. You will have access to relevant IT systems within the office and clinical areas, and administrative support will be available at each site.
