Overview

An exciting opportunity has become available within the University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire Community Palliative Care team to work as a Specialty Doctor in Palliative Medicine. This role provides an opportunity to work 3 days a week with the team providing palliative medicine expertise to the multi‑disciplinary team in the community setting.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with a consultant in palliative medicine and a vibrant multi‑disciplinary team.
  • Provide domiciliary visits across the city, supporting patients known to the Coventry Community Specialist Palliative Care Team, Rapid Response, Palliative Support Team and Integrated Neighbourhood Teams.
  • Deliver high‑quality, timely, patient‑centred care for patients in the community.
  • Require a full UK driving licence and access to a car.
  • Work in a highly supportive environment with strong learning and development opportunities.
