Job Title:Specialty Dr in Adult Psychiatry
Grade: Specialty Doctor
Location: Bolton, Lancashire
Working Hours:40 per week
Rate: Competitive, to be discussed upon application

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialty Doctor in Adult Psychiatry to join our NHS client based in Bolton, Lancashire. This vacancy is available on a locum basis for the successful candidate to start immediately for a short-term contract.

What will your responsibilities be?

Your responsibility will be to conduct psychiatric assessments, formulate accurate diagnoses, and prescribe appropriate pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions. You will have to provide consultation and support to primary care providers, community mental health teams, and other stakeholders involved in the care of adults with mental health needs. You will be expected to participate in service development initiatives, quality improvement projects, and research activities to enhance the delivery of mental health care services for adults.
