A specialized educational provider in Northumberland is seeking a Specialist Teacher for a full-time role starting January 2026. The position requires a passion for inclusive education with a focus on students with SEN and SEMH needs. Contract: Full-time, term‑time plus 3 days during school holidays
Salary: £120-£170 (depending on qualification and experience)

Are you a passionate, proactive teacher looking to make a real difference? Our agency is recruiting on behalf of a trauma‑informed school with attached alternative provision, offering bespoke academic and therapeutic support for students with SEN, SEMH needs, or disrupted education.
We welcome applications from teachers across a range of subjects, including English, Maths, arts, humanities, PE, technology, and PSHE/RSE. Separate adverts are live for English and Maths specialists, but all subject experts with the right experience are encouraged to apply.
As part of our dedicated team, you will deliver high‑quality, inclusive teaching tailored to each student’s individual needs. You will support learners who may be reluctant, vulnerable, or have experienced educational disruption, using creative, engaging, and trauma‑informed strategies to build confidence, trust, and motivation.
