A healthcare provider in Stevenage is seeking a Specialist Support Nurse - Renal Transplant to deliver high-quality patient-centered care. We are recruiting for a Specialist Support Nurse - Renal Transplant who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients. The successful person will be responsible for the provision of high quality, patient focused care by assessing, developing and implementing specialist nursing care programmes. You will also be responsible for providing specialist advice and support to, and liaising with, other staff. At the heart of everything we do are our core values: Include, Respect, and Improve. The Specialist Support Nurse will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care as a practitioner with specialist skills and provide advice and clinical expertise to other members of staff. You will also be in a position to provide specialist clinical advice for patients and carers. You will be required to carry a caseload, and take responsibility for the management of allocated cases. The post holder will always look to improve and maintain standards of care within the specialty. The successful candidate will also help other nurses by improving their skills, enabling them to provide the highest standard of care for patients within the specialty.
