An exciting opportunity for an experienced Physiotherapist, with an interest in Obstetrics, Gynaecology, Urology and Colorectal conditions has arisen. This post is to provide a highly skilled and specialised physiotherapy service in predominantly an outpatient setting. You will be responsible for providing a service to women and men with bladder, bowel, and pelvic floor disorders as well as providing an obstetric service which may include the provision of classes. You should be a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy with HCPC registration and have at least 2 years post graduate NHS experience as a Physiotherapist. The successful applicant will need to demonstrate appropriate CPD activity. All applicants should be able to demonstrate skilled assessment and treatment techniques, clinical expertise and effective decision making. You will be enthusiastic, hardworking and motivated with excellent clinical, organisational and time management skills. Strong communication skills are essential as a great deal of empathy and patience is required due to the nature of the conditions seen. A flexible approach to day-to-day tasks is essential, to meet the demands of the service. Our philosophy is to keep the patient at the heart of everything we do.
