We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Specialist Paediatric Pharmacist to join our innovative pharmacy team at Wexham Park Hospital.
In this role, you will provide expert clinical pharmacy services across paediatric and neonatal wards, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centred use of medicines.
You will play a key role in medicines optimisation, patient safety initiatives, and the development of clinical protocols.
You will have opportunities to:
Lead and participate in clinical audits and service improvement projects.
Contribute to staff education and training.
Support and mentor junior pharmacy staff, acting as a role model for best practice.
Help shape and develop paediatric pharmacy services within the Trus.t
