Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated, motivated and experienced Special Sergeant or a Special Constable looking for promotion to provide frontline leadership within our Special Constabulary. This role supports community policing, supervises Special Constables on duty, looks after the welfare and growth of a team and plays a key part in delivering safe, effective and visible policing. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, operational experience and a commitment to serving the public.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver clear tasking, briefings and debriefings for duty teams.
  • Support operational planning and ensure effective deployment of Special officers.
