A global provider of assistance services is seeking a Special Investigator to protect clients from fraudulent activity. Responsibilities include investigating various insurance claims, conducting interviews, and liaising with stakeholders. The role requires excellent investigative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a caseload effectively. Salary: £33,250 to £40,000 per annum (Depending on experience)
Location: Lakeside North Harbour, Portsmouth (Remote or Hybrid depending on location)

As a Special Investigator, you will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations into suspected fraudulent insurance claims. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including your Charles Taylor colleagues, clients, law enforcement agencies, and legal professionals.
It is essential that the candidate has a good understanding of general insurance and fraud investigation practice, and a good understanding of what fraud is, and the level of evidence required to formally reject an insurance claim on the grounds of fraud.
