Tradewind Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a supportive and inclusive primary school in Bury for a SEN Teaching Assistant.

The Role
  • Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
  • Supporting children with EHCPs and individual learning plans
  • Assisting with emotional regulation and behaviour strategies
  • Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO
  • Helping pupils access the curriculum in a positive way
Ideal Candidate
  • Experience supporting SEN (ASD, ADHD, SEMH or similar)
  • A caring, resilient, and adaptable approach
  • Strong communication skills
  • A genuine commitment to supporting children's progress
  • Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
