A day in the life

Our therapists are responsible for ensuring a high level of service performing a variety of day spa treatments such as facials, remedial massage and beautifully created spa rituals. You’ll assist our guests with queries and have an in‑depth knowledge of all treatments and products.

This is a casual position with your key responsibilities for the role including:

• Administer spa therapies including facials, skin & body treatments, remedial, relaxation remedial massage, pregnancy massage, manicures and pedicures
• Prepare and clean treatment rooms and spa equipment
• Complete tasks and services within the time frames and to a high standard
• Provide timely and courteous customer service, anticipating guest needs and resolving issues
• Maintain in depth knowledge of services, products and monitor stock levels
• Perform reception, admin & POS duties as required
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the role, eg working on your feet
• Maintain presentation and hygiene standards

What you’ll need to be successful

• Day spa experience, delivering quality spa treatments specialising in facials, skin & body treatments, massage, manicures and pedicures, essential
• Diploma of Beauty Therapy or Remedial Massage essential
• Working with Children Check
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills, maintaining a loyal clientele and actively selling products/services
• Work efficiently in a team environment and have the ability to use initiative, prioritise tasks and problem solve
• Professional grooming & personal presentation
