What you'll do
You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
- You will be responsible for ensuring that our guests are cared for during their spa visit. This includes supervising the spa and team, diary management using Spa Soft, training, and carrying out relevant spa duties, while ensuring the desk is covered at all times. You will lead, motivate, and coordinate the team to enhance performance, achieve business goals, and uphold service standards to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
- Sometimes our guests have special requests involving specific spa therapists, treatments, or special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Senior Spa Receptionist.
