The Peligoni Club is a family‑run members club on the beautiful island of Zakynthos, Greece. Tucked into a peaceful corner of the club, our spa sits among fragrant herbs and bougainvillea, creating a calm retreat for guests looking to unwind, restore and indulge.

With a team of talented therapists and a menu that includes massages, facials, body treatments, waxing, tinting and manicures / pedicures, the spa plays an important role in elevating the guest experience. From sunrise to evening, the atmosphere is warm, professional and deeply relaxing.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and hands‑on Spa Manager to lead our wellness offering for the 2026 season. You’ll be responsible for running daily spa operations, guiding the therapist team, ensuring consistently high service standards and helping shape a calm, welcoming environment.

This is a leadership role that blends operational oversight with hands‑on treatment delivery. You’ll set the tone for the spa, support your team’s development, manage schedules and treatment flow, and work closely with Guest Relations and Reception to maximise bookings. You’ll also help drive awareness through seasonal promotions and pop‑up wellness events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor and motivate a small team of therapists, maintaining a positive and supportive working culture.
  • Oversee all daily spa operations, including staff scheduling, stock management and treatment room standards.
  • Maintain and elevate the quality of treatments and guest experience through monitoring, feedback and training.
  • Deliver a range of treatments - including body treatments, massage, facials, waxing, tinting and mani / pedi - to a consistently high standard.
  • Respond to guest queries, feedback and special requests with professionalism and care.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to increase bookings, including spa promotions and pop‑up wellness events.
  • Ensure accurate billing, smooth administrative processes and a well‑managed online schedule that maximises treatment capacity.
  • Ensure all treatment rooms meet the highest levels of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation.
  • Maintain compliance with all health, safety and regulatory standards.
  • Work closely with Reception and Guest Relations to ensure they are fully briefed on the treatment menu, therapist availability and daily updates.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, products and emerging treatments.
  • Support smooth club operations by taking on additional responsibilities where required.

  • Organised, proactive and calm under pressure.
  • Detail‑focused with high standards of presentation, professionalism and hygiene.
  • Commercially aware, with an understanding of bookings, scheduling and product costings.
  • A strong communicator who collaborates well with other departments.
  • Positive, adaptable and excited about seasonal life.
Essential Requirements
  • Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification (or equivalent).
  • Extensive experience in a spa or wellness environment.
  • Experience managing or supervising a team (desirable).
  • Strong massage skills and confidence providing a full range of treatments.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, products and wellness practices.
  • Valid First Aid Certificate (desirable).
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • UK / EU passport holder.
