A luxury hotel and resort in Birmingham is seeking a Spa Host to manage bookings and assist guests at their world-class spa. The ideal candidate will be a sales-driven individual with strong organisational and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include recommending spa treatments, managing bookings accurately, and providing product guidance. Set within the busy Spa, as a Spa Host, you will deal with all spa bookings and arriving/departing guests. Your role will include:
The shifts for this role will be a mixture of early shifts, late shifts and weekend working.

The on-target earning potential for this role is 26,353.60 per year, comprising a base annual rate of 25,396.80 plus an estimated 956.80 in gratuities per annum.
