Overview

Set within the busy Spa, as a Spa Host, you will deal with all spa bookings and arriving/departing guests. Your role will include:

• Identifying opportunities to recommend treatments
• Recording accurate details and requirements of bookings
• Answering telephone queries
• Providing guidance and assistance with retail products

The shifts for this role will be a mixture of early shifts, late shifts and weekend working.

The Belfry Hotel & Resort is an award-winning hotel offering 300+ bedrooms and suites, multiple restaurants and bars, events spaces, a leisure club and spa. • Pool responder or pool plant knowledge would be advantageous

Compensation

The on-target earning potential for this role is 26,353.60 per year, comprising a base annual rate of 25,396.80 plus an estimated 956.80 in gratuities per annum.
