• Lead development and implementation of maintenance strategies for compliance and quality.
• Ensure performance accountability through KPI tracking and structured reporting.

Skills

Proven experience in a senior or strategic FM role across multiple sites

Experience holding regional or distributed teams to account for performance

Expertise in managing high–footfall, high–humidity, or wellness–related environments

Strong understanding of statutory compliance in spa/pool/plant areas

Excellent data literacy and confidence in using reporting tools to drive action

Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel
