Overview

We are actively seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Spa Duty Manager to join our Management Team at our brand new Spa at South Lodge, an Exclusive Hotel. The Spa Duty Manager role entails delivering and overseeing standards of guest care as well as being responsible for the operations of the building.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver and oversee standards of guest care and manage the operations of the building within the Spa.
  • Ensure the Spa is at its best in terms of housekeeping standards, and that it is running efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure the customer journey throughout the Spa is executed to a high standard and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Be the face of the Spa, always present to ensure availability to guests even at quieter times if required.
  • Create processes and procedures in conjunction with other Spa Managers to ensure smooth running of all Spa operations, e.g., SOP, health and safety, IT systems.
  • Upsell all retail and treatments to maximise revenue capture.
  • Oversee Spa employees, ensuring all are fully trained to their roles, and address HR issues in a timely manner.
