Job summary

A vibrant pub in Greater London is looking for a creative Sous Chef to join their team. In this role, you will manage the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, prepare fresh food using seasonal ingredients, and lead a dedicated kitchen team. Your expertise in hygiene and food safety is essential.
