We’re now looking for a Sous Chef to support the delivery of high-quality, large-scale food operations across this world‑class venue.
As Sous Chef, you’ll be a key member of the kitchen leadership team, supporting the Head Chef and Executive Head Chef in delivering consistent, high-quality food across multiple outlets and event formats. You’ll be hands‑on, leading by example, supporting teams during live service and ensuring standards are maintained at all times.
