Sous Chef - Charlton Athletic FC Training Ground, New Eltham, London | Full-Time / Permanent

We're looking for a professional and dedicated Sous Chef to join the Charlton Athletic FC Training Ground culinary team in New Eltham, London. The role
  • Assist the Head Chef in the preparation and delivery of high-quality, performance-led meals
  • Lead kitchen operations on a day to day basis
  • Ensure all food is prepared in line with dietary requirements and nutritional guidelines
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene, and health & safety compliance
  • Support inventory management, ordering, and stock rotation
  • Supervise and support junior kitchen staff as required
