A leading hospitality provider in Penmark is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to prepare and cook dishes while maintaining high standards of food safety. The role involves overseeing kitchen operations, collaborating with the head chef on new menu items, and ensuring a clean work environment. Proven experience working as a Sous Chef or similar role.
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
