Qualifications

  • Experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef in a fast-paced kitchen.
  • Passion for food and creativity in cooking.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a kitchen team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the kitchen team alongside the Head Chef.
  • Manage kitchen operations including prepping and cooking.
  • Train new chefs and maintain health & safety standards.
