Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen management.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff.
  • Ensure every dish is prepared and presented according to the venue’s standards.
  • Assist in ordering, stock rotation, and inventory control.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Work with the Head Chef to control food costs.
  • Take charge of the kitchen when the Head Chef is absent.
