Job summary

A well-known UK pub company is looking for a passionate Sous Chef for their location in Havant. In this role, you will manage the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, bringing creativity and pride in preparing fresh dishes from seasonal ingredients. Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to manage a kitchen and lead a team.
