Job summary

A traditional pub company is seeking a Sous Chef to oversee the kitchen and ensure high standards. You will be responsible for preparing fresh dishes using seasonal ingredients and will act as a deputy to the Head Chef. This role requires a hygiene qualification and excellent food knowledge.
