Job summary

A leading pub company in Cardiff is on the lookout for a passionate Sous Chef who will be second in command to the Head Chef. You will assist in managing kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and mentoring team members. Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a branded environment is highly desirable.

We’re on the lookout for a Sous Chef to join our team!

As Sous Chef you’ll:

Be right in the action in our kitchen, second in command to our Head Chef – stepping up and covering for them when they’re not on shift.

  • Offer previous branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef
  • Assist our Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen
  • Accountable for running the line during service
  • Oversee, organise, and encouragethe kitchen team - helping to develop their skills
  • Be passionateabout maintaining the highest standards of food and service
