They are looking for a Sourcing Manager to join the team on an initial 6 month. You will be working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, hybrid working being office based a minimum of 2 days a week. The role is based at the businesses offices at one of the above locations.

Role purpose

Lead complex, multi‑contract change activity across Insurance Pensions & Investment (IP&I) portfolios‑spanning UK and European operations‑ensuring business continuity and value through the transfer of contracts, novations, and planned exits. Partner closely with stakeholders across IP&I and coordinate dependencies with organisation‑wide contracts.

What you'll do

• Own end‑to‑end planning and execution for contract transfers, novations and exits, including commercial strategy, risk assessment, stakeholder engagement and governance.
• Coordinate cross‑portfolio activities where services or suppliers are shared with the wider organisation, resolving interdependencies and aligning timelines, approvals and controls.
• Negotiate commercial terms and manage supplier performance to protect service, optimise cost and mitigate risk during transition.
• Maintain robust contract lifecycle artefacts (plans, risk logs, MI) and provide clear, executive‑ready updates on progress, issues and decisions.
• Identify and deliver process improvements and playbooks for repeatable, well‑controlled transitions and exits.

What you'll bring

• Deep sourcing/procurement expertise in financial services or insurance, with a track record leading novations, assignments/transfer, Transaction Service Agreements and supplier exit programmes.
• Strong grasp of contract law and governance, including cross‑border regulatory considerations (UK/EU) and third‑party risk.
• Advanced stakeholder management‑able to influence senior leaders, align diverse teams and drive outcomes at pace.
• Commercial acumen, analytical rigor and excellent written/verbal communication.
• Professional qualifications (e.g., CIPS) advantageous.
