Overview

We are looking for a Sonographer to join our Ultrasound team, in London, on a permanent, full-time basis. Our Sonographers at InHealth work with a dedicated Healthcare Assistant with a pre-booked set of patient appointments. You will work from our Community Diagnostic Centres in London, 5 days out of 7, Monday-Sunday. You will undertake ultrasound procedures efficiently and effectively, adhering to the best practice of Ultrasound techniques, complying with the relevant codes of practice. The advertised salary for this role will depend on the candidate’s experience, as well as their scanning and reporting competencies evaluated during the interview process.

Main duties
  • Independently provide general abdominal, pelvic, and small parts ultrasound scanning services.
  • Independently produce a clinical report to InHealth standards, for each completed scan.
  • Provide a high-quality professional experience for patients, supporting them throughout the process from referral to results.
  • Undertake administrative duties ensuring patient information systems are up to date and maintained.
  • Participate in matters concerning clinical governance, clinical audits and quality assurance.
