A luxury hotel group in London is seeking a Sommelier to join the Dinner by Heston Blumenthal team. The successful candidate will display excellent wine knowledge, maintain the wine list, and support the Commis Sommelier. This position offers 46-48 hours of work per week with various shift patterns and provides a range of iconic benefits including career progression and discounted stays across the hotel properties.

As aSommelier, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 46-48 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning, evening, and late night shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
To be a successfulSommelier candidate, you will have wine and food knowledge, with a strong understanding of fine dining restaurant service steps and previous experience as a Commis Sommelier or Sommelier.
