Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and solutions implemented using accepted project methodologies such as PRINCE2.
- Assist in setting clear delivery expectations before the Customer order signature (what exactly can the customer expect in the solution deployment, services, training, network support, application support, solution function, etc.) in close liaison with the EDI sales consultant and account management teams.
- Provide and deliver clear project documentation in line with PRINCE / SOLID project methodology.
- Manage the customer acceptance process and assist with the EDI revenue recognition process by providing tracking and feedback as required.
- Close and hand over the project to the Incident Support Services team so that regular maintenance operations can take place within the agreed SLA.
- Ensure projects are managed through the customer's project management tools and applications.
- Collect Voice of Customer (VoC) input.
- Lead the site implementation team to satisfactory deployment of the project solutions and business deliverables for the customers.
- Gain knowledge and familiarity with customers and their environments within the assigned geography.
Qualifications
- Successful high‑tech project management experience.
- Strong team player who will act on behalf of customer in EDI projects.
- Superb project management skills, including ability to multi‑task using accepted project methodologies such as PRINCE2.
- Demonstrated acumen for understanding IT products and network environments.
- Excellent oral and written English‑language skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience of the workflow within a radiology department would be beneficial.
- Experience of Hospital IT Projects, specifically RIS, PACS, VNA, Digital Pathology and Imaging Software would be an advantage.
- Clear driving licence and willingness to travel extensively (a must have).
- All roles will require a level of security clearance; BPSS OR Security Clearance OR Developed Vetting.

Additional Information
This is a hybrid position requiring occasional travel to Wales, typically once or twice per month.
