Role

Solution Architect (12-month contract, 2-week notice)

Location

Remote with ad-hoc monthly travel (expenses covered)

Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate a large team of functional consultants, aligning design ideas into a cohesive solution across Finance, Logistics, Procurement, HR, and Payroll.
  • Ensure technical and functional designs are aligned, methodologies applied, and project milestones met.
  • Report to the program lead, supporting a 100-member team in replacing legacy systems, including payroll for 100,000 employees.
Skills
  • Strong expertise in Finance modules and experience across Logistics, Procurement, HR, and Payroll.
  • Proven ability to align and integrate complex designs into a unified architecture.
  • Public sector or healthcare project experience (desirable).
  • Consultancy experience, ideally with top-tier firms or large-scale transformation programs.
