HOURS: Full-time

Personalised Experiences and Communications (PEC) is part of Consumer Relationships, supporting the Group's strategic goals by enhancing customer relationships across retail and commercial banking. PEC delivers personalised communications and experiences across all channels, using data, analytics, and technology to differentiate branded experiences and support paper‑free sustainability.
This role is for a Solution Architect within PEC. You'll lead technical approaches, translate business needs into solutions, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to build and improve software. You'll ensure quality and engineering procedures align with transformation goals.
